The layout of the apratment is good as is the view of the man-made lake - but Maintenance and getting anything done in your place is horrible. Even major emergencies such as flooding - be prepared to handle yourself. Management is the problem. No new work done on the property in 5 years - starting to really show age, etc...  Need to rent an apartment?
