Apartment Review for Marina Landing - Galveston, TX

I wish I could post a large banner saying, "DO NOT RENT HERE!" To be very honest, it is so insulting to even have to write a check each month for rent! The management will get you in with a "move-in special" and smile attentively while you ask the normal pre-lim questions.....Unfortunately, it is only AFTER you sign the lease that you realize that the management has no concern for your comfort, saftey or maintanence requests. They simply do not care! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this property all together!
