Apartment Review for Marina Landing - Galveston, TX

The view we had was the only good thing about it.It was okay 2yrs ago when we moved in but the last year was a complete nightmare. Since the beginning, our apt leaked water at least once a month and they never 'fixed' anything...just repainted over the damage time and time again. A hole actually fell through in our bedroom (that they had to fix). The management is horrible as well as the maintenance. Half the time they would say they 'never heard about' needing something fixed when we had called multiple times. After the hurricane evacuees moved in (with no responsibility for rent (for 18 months), bills, upkeep etc..) the place went to hell. Very unsafe with LOUD, unruly neighbors. The pool was always FULL all day with the people not holding jobs. They would also come from the crap apts next door to swim since 'security' gates were never closed. I couldn't wait to move out and felt like spitting on the place when i left. It was a horrible experience. I must add though, that the office staff was always really nice.
