I am a medical student, and I have loved living at the Broadwater. I haven't had any problems! The staff is very nice and know me by name, all problems were fixed very quickly, the complex is quiet, and I have always felt very safe. I highly recommend this complex! I was suprised by the two other reviews. Broadwater is one of the nicest complexes in Galveston and well worth the money! Check out apartmentratings.com and see the other great reviews!
