there are acouple positive things:location and place has potential.Now if you like black mold its great.If you don'tmind being without at least one major appliance occasionally for weeks at a timeit's also great.who needs to cook or wash and dry clothes all the time or even sometimes why do you even need a refrigerator.oh by the way fireplaces are for decoration only u can'tuse them.Why would you need to there is zero insulation in the walls and everyone can afford $700 or $800 a month for utility bills.no weather stripping on doors that is if you can get them to open or close.noextra charge for leaky windows for rain to pour in.Oh yeah you only need about 10% of your electrical outlets to work, right?the ones that do also cause huge sparks everytime you plug something in.it's real good for your expensive electronics it only cost me two hard drives.if you like hearing every sound your neighbor makes due to no insulation it's great,kinda like a 29.99 motel.the management would be better for an rv park constantly threatening to "throw ya out" especially after receiving work request.location;good ,black mold,no insulation,bad electrical,por lighting,broken appliances,turtle maintenance response,bitter staff,non usable fireplaces,unlit parking,outrageous utilities,overpriced for what you get rent; notgood
